We offer both telehealth services across Texas and in-person appointments at a comfortable therapy office near Baybrook Mall by appointment.

New Clients

If you’re interested in starting therapy, the best first step is a brief consultation. This allows us to talk about your goals, answer questions, and decide which option is the best fit for you.

   

Existing Clients

If you’re already working with us, you can easily request, reschedule, or manage your appointments through the secure Client Portal.

Therapy Rates & Insurance

Therapy should feel like an investment in yourself, not an impossible expense. We offer multiple options to help make mental health care accessible:

STANDARD RATES

Leigh Muths, MA, LPC- Supervisor  $165 per 50 minute session 

Kristin Wellmeyer Bohlmann, M.Ed., LPC-Associate $90 per 50 minute session

SLIDING SCALE

If the full fee is outside of your budget, we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Our goal is to make therapy sustainable, so we can discuss a rate that works for both of us.

ASSOCIATE & EMERGING THERAPISTS

Another option is to see an up-and-coming therapist under Leigh’s supervision. They provide high-quality care at a reduced rate, which can be a good fit for those looking for a more budget-friendly option. 

INSURANCE (OUT-OF-NETWORK)

We are out-of-network providers, but many clients are still able to use their benefits. To make this easier, we partner with Thrizer, a service that files and tracks out-of-network claims for you. This means you only pay your portion of the fee, and Thrizer handles the rest. If you’re unsure about your out-of-network coverage, use the Thrizer widget on this page to check your benefits instantly.

Leigh offers external supervision at a rate of $300/month (includes 4 hours of supervision, at least 2 being individual/dyadic) for clinicians who have secured placement elsewhere. We also hire LPC-Associates when there is space available in our practice. Send Leigh your CV for more information.

Leigh Muths, MA, LPC-Supervisor, provides counseling services in Texas and supervises LPC-Associates and graduate interns in this practice. Each associate or intern clearly lists their supervisor and license status.
